I have a business trip to Hai Son industrial park. It was great to experience 2 nights at Phu Thang Grand. New, beautiful and largest hotel in the area. There are full services, restaurants, coffee, massage... Friendly staff, happy to assist guests. The room was very nice and spacious. Good breakfast. I will come back here when I have a business trip to Duc Hoa.

The room quite impressive but the amenities is just ok.. nuthing much.. the water pressure also very low.. not really enjoy to have shower.. the staff also not really friendly.maybe because he cant speak english.. but the checkin process is very convenient... The property location also quite bad..

We checked in to the hotel after 12 midnight because the plane landed late, but the receptionist was still happy to welcome guests, especially the security guard who enthusiastically carried guests' suitcases to the hotel lobby. The room is well soundproofed even though the hotel is located on a busy road with traffic.

When traveling, staying in hotels owned by Chinese people makes communication easier, and the main thing is safety. For no other reason than for this stability. I also met Brother Monkey himself, and he is very enthusiastic in providing you with all kinds of information. Thank you.

We initially booked for one night but decided to extend because of the great service we were provided. We were granted early check in without asking for it, staffs from the reception, to the staff at their restaurant were all very pleasant. They also offer buffet breakfast with every booking and their breakfast is really great. The room we booked doesn’t have a window but that’s all good. It provided us the rest that we needed after traveling by train for 8 hours from nha trang.

Vivian Saigon Hotel was so nice, they also offered quarantine and covid test. The food was amazing and they bring meals to your room every day if you wish. They bring different meals every time so you have the best different Vietnamese foods! The location was also nice with food shops, hair dresser and Vietnamese massage close-by. The bed and room was very big and have aircondition. The bathroom also was fine. Great choices of tv channels, about 100 channels. Thank you again to Vivian Hotel for great service and will stay with you again in the very near future.
