he Apartment was clean and sparkly, there were cooking facilities with pots, pans and essential utilities. Wifi excellent and I was able to enjoy NETFLEX - which is not possible at a lot of hotels. I was handy to the park which bespoke of green grass, fresh air and really neat peaceful people. I had access to the swimming poole, gym and Mall and much much more. Even after I checked out, I came back daily to enjoy the park space and socialise with the nice people I had met that week. TOP Score.

The apartment rooms are exquisitely decorated, the service attitude is good, and the customer service can speak Chinese, which is really convenient. If you don't understand something abroad, you can still ask her. The apartment is next to Tower 81 and has a nice view of the city center. The rooms are well-equipped with kitchenware and provide a great experience.

It was a bit inconvenient for us to come here because this area is a bit large, but it was also very comfortable because the scenery was very beautiful and moving around was very convenient. The owner gave us the room code and we checked in very quickly

I was surprised that this apartment hotel was equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The customer service girl can speak Chinese and is very good.

But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was VERY surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room was as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Very old & tired room, mouldy bathroom, tap water. Our standing shower water didn't run smoothly, always got flooded and takes a while to drain out the water. Good point is their location is perfect for muslim traveller, whole stretch of the street opposite of halal muslim restaurant. Situated at the well known Malaysian street. Helpful staff assisting us with our luggage upon arrival & check out. Friendly staff (the guy with a spec) who checked us in. Do take note hotel doesn't have any universal adaptor & therefore we had to purchase 1 from the shop outside. And only 1 lift to accommodate hotel guests access to every level which runs really really slow. Restaurant place for breakfast is really small to accommodate the huge crowd. We came down at 630am and the place is really crowded. Halal breakfast with varieties of choice to eat. Before coming here, I heard Aluna has revamp the hotel but sadly not really clean and really outdated room. Maybe a pass for this.

Awesome place! Great location, close to everything. It's a brand new hotel, it just opened. It has a brand new washer & dryer to use, so you don't have to take your laundry anywhere. Huey, the owner was super cool & helpful. Don't think twice just book it, you'll be glad you did! I give it 5 stars. Best place i stayed in all of Vietnam. Thanks Huey, Matt from Denver, Colorado

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

NO SPA AS ADVERTISED WE BOOKED MONTHS AGO TO FIND OUT THIS ISNT EVEN A SPA HOTEL. Restaurant worker very creepy super unsatisfied with the experience in general, I did not get served was told I had to get my own food. When I was getting my food a male restaurant worker came to stare at my pregnant wife (this was the fourth time he made her uncomfortable over two days). this creepy man paced back and forth near our table toward the back of the restaurant (we wanted privacy) despite there being no one else in the place. will never come back there again. Ordered pork ribs and it was entirely bones barely any meat or flavoring on the chicken pesto spent over $20 USD for literal fried garbage. Pesto chicken had no flavor. OVERPRICED, as was everything in the “spa hotel” (once again NO SPA FALSE ADVERTISING!!!) Staff never gave us an elevator key, which is different than the room key, so we spent fifteen minutes just trying to get back downstairs after a horrible “restaurant” experience. They couldn’t figure out how to get us down either. Was told the manager would be up to talk with us shortly and after about an hour and a half I had to call the front desk twice before they actually sent someone, not a manager, to our room who had zero solution to any issues just promised us “free stuff”. Which we never received. On top of my money back I want my time back! Horrible hotel DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a misleading, extorting experience. You’d be better off at an air b n b. Overpriced and a terrible time. Rooms are not soundproof you can hear everyone’s conversations outside and every door slam shut. My pregnant wife and I barely got any sleep, and it was supposed to be a spa hotel experience. What a joke! Management NEVER came to speak with us. They just ignored us all day. I’m assuming there is no management on staff as no one ever came to talk to us, which seems incredible. DONT STAY HERE save money and have a better experience anywhere else.

If you didn't find the right place for your stay don't waste your time. SOHO homestay apartments are perfect 👌. Before everything they are clean and new, in the perfect location for walking around, nearby you can find coffee shops, a family mart, street food, pizza, a bakery, or restaurants and bars. We have spent a fantastic five days in Ho Chi Minh. The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate.
