Stayed at Reeds in June 2021 for 8 days and returned in July 2021 for 3 days. Staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable and clean. Although there’s no AC, there’s a ceiling fan and two floor fans. No elevators but we always requested the first floor and was accommodated very well. This will be our go-to hotel and our friends we referred this hotel to enjoyed it just as well. The morning walks was beautiful.

we got in and everything was wonderful. we needed and extra towel and we had it within minutes. we enjoyed our stay . slept really well in the comfortable beds. we had plenty of room for the 3 if us. we would stay there next time as well. we took a walk to the cute beach. thank you for a quick stay.

This place is a gem in Hilo! Went here after a full day of hiking and so glad I did. I was traveling solo and felt very safe here - Bob was very welcoming and this place had everything I needed and more. Showers, washer and dryer, kitchen, chill room and coffee :) Totally worth it. There’s also a beach 5-min away (walking distance) where you can watch the sunset. Totally recommend. Bob - Thank you for the hospitality.
