there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The wooden house booked by Bavaria's hot springs is very spacious. There are four rooms and several folding beds. The standard living for 8 people feels that it is no problem to live for up to 10 people. The small courtyard is very warm. There is also a hot spring pool and kitchen in the back house. At the same price, the experience is very good, the whole hotel feels clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, simple and comfortable. There is also parking very convenient, just at the entrance of the hotel lobby, very close to the surrounding attractions, live here, go to Heyuan Wanlv Lake, the highest fountain in Yazhou, mirror garden, only a few minutes drive. It can be used as a large base camp for visiting Heyuan. It is really recommended, very good and the price is very reasonable. Will choose here next time
