鄰近萬隆城，火車站，所以位置狠好，房間衛生可，景觀開揚，但設備感覺有点舊，台前服務有禮有效率，這個很讚。特別一提，二樓的好彩酒家十分好吃，服務亦佳。

前台服務好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內是新牆紙，被褥挺新的，衞生幹潔，不過一次性刮鬍刀開始沒找到，以為沒有配呢，然後打電話，前台很禮貌告知，在牙刷下方小暗格裡頭。高樓層很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠……

前台接待小姐温嘉怡小姐非常專業，明白住客所需，樂於助人，非常感謝温小姐的恊助，希望下次入住時再能見到温小姐。
另外，晚上自助餐食物不夠新鮮，明白一分錢一分貨但也不應該客給客人吃白灼死𧎚，如果成本回不來就可以加價或者不給𧎚。請重視一下這個問題。
