This property is absolutely disgusting stained sheets blood stains on towels rooms that were pre paid weren’t available and I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs friends traveling left as soon as they saw blood stains on the sheets in their room

I was very disappointed in my stay. We did not even have towels or hand towels or washcloths. The shower curtain did not even fit correctly so water was all over the floor Just the overall appearance of the hotel was not good and very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness

I reserved two rooms I reserved and had confirmed on line were unavailable. The reason for the booking mix up did not make sense. Essentially I was told that ******* does not have access to the number of rooms available,and ZI should have booked directly with the hotel.

There is no employees after 11 pm my husband and i got locked out of our room after our key card stopped working we were stuck in the lobby from 1130pm till 340am

Checked. Front desk person was extremely pleasant. Got to the room…… it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Went and got another room. While the beds were made, everything else was unclean. The shower was so dirty that we couldn’t bathe. The floors nasty and sticky and the linens were stained.

the worst ever, the room i had was FILTHY. i got a room with two beds and only one had a comforter on it, i bought my own blankets every cloth item in this hotel had a stain on it from towels to bed sheets nothing was sanitized, noones ever at the front desk i even called the place as i was in there to see if someone would come and nope no one came don’t waste your money people go to any other hotel near there
