Rated this a 3 because of : The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable A+ to housekeeping! The employees were great! Friendly, helpful and accommodating to the complaints they receive that I witnessed. A+ However, we stayed in a double room and had one bath towel and one hand towel. We requested more towels and received one additional bath towel that smelled clean but had holes in it and was dry rotted. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. The comforters on the bed smelled clean but were very stained, requested a new comforter which arrived quickly and was warm, as freshly laundered, but also very stained. We had four pillows in the room each had a zippered pillow cover on it which were stained and no pillowcases. Doorhandles into the lobby were broken and the carpeting leading to the second floor was very stained. This could be a nice hotel but needs a lot of Updates.

It is a motel, I don't like it very much! The lobby has the smell of air freshener! Breakfast is average, but the restaurant waiter is very welcoming, the service is very good, very dedicated!

Grateful to Ms. Rachel for granting us a room on the top floor! This is very spacious and clean; from the rug, all furniture - desk and its chair; king bed with white, fine textured beddings, quite comfortable pillows and night stands; comfy chair and ottoman; loveseat with side and coffee table; dinette with two chairs, a mini table by the long right-width mirror; mini kitchen with sink - appliances - mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker - coffee, paper towel and two bottles of water from Ms. Rachel. The tub almost double the usual size! Towels are fluffy and white. Spacious bathroom and counter. The Dove toiletries are much appreciated! Complimentary breakfast must be satisfying too. Although it remains to be experienced tomorrow. The lobby is not big but elegant and relaxing with the two door-sized walls where water flows down.

The room was very clean. The breakfast had nice choices. The hotel lobby and outside and gym were all very clean. The check in was fast and all the employees we came in contact with were super.The pool was clean except they could take care of the towels. Big heep of dirty one and only one clean. Hope someone just didn't come to work that day. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Friendly front desk staff at check in, very quick. Our room was two queens and looked recently renovated including fixtures, art, carpet, headboards and window and wall coverings. In room mini fridge, microwave, a small closet and three hanging wire storage baskets. Neutrogena grooming products provided. So many outlets for charging your phone/electronic devices, it was wonderful. There was a mini one cup coffee maker and a full length mirror. For seating, one upholstered wheeled chair and a big portable ottoman. The beds were very tall - I am 6' and it was okay for me but my short traveling companion had difficulty getting up on the bed. Super easy freeway access, some road noise because we were on the end of the hall but the hotel itself was very quiet. Everything was clean and the towels were very soft. Bed comfortable, lots of pillows. Pet friendly. I recommend this Hampton!
