Mi experiencia con el Hotel Aitana ha sido decepcionante. Realicé una reserva que incluía cancelación gratuita, pero al cancelarla, el hotel no procedió a devolverme el importe correspondiente. Tras esperar tres semanas sin respuesta, me vi obligado a recurrir a mi banco para gestionar la devolución. Lo peor de todo fue la falta de comunicación. Intenté contactar directamente con el hotel en varias ocasiones, pero fue imposible obtener una respuesta. La sensación de abandono y falta de profesionalidad es inaceptable. No recomendaría este hotel, especialmente si esperáis un trato responsable y profesional en la gestión de reservas.

Te berde bat euskararen c1 eko azterketaren lehen froga hasi aurretik ondo zegoen. Estuvo muy bien tomarse un te verde antes del inicio de la primera prueba para obtener el c1 de euskera.

El hotel no está mal pero tiene fallos importantes que pueden causar accidentes. En el cuarto de baño, el toallero está justo encima del WC, te puedes golpear la cabeza cada vez hagas un pis. El armario está pegado a la cama y no se puede abrir la puerta. Fallos de diseño importantes que resulta incómodo estar así en la habitación.

limpieza, confort, el trato y atención del personal como en el restaurante muy bueno, , muy buena relación calidad precio. Esta junto a la frontera de Francia desde su situación puedes desplazarte por parte del Guipúzcoa

Todo fenomenal. Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré sin duda. El trato, la limpieza, la cena, la habitación. Por poner un pero, algo lioso el tema del parking. Pero se soluciono enseguida. La persona de recepción tuvo el detalle de llevarme al hotel la maleta y el abrigo que dejé en el coche. Superamable!!
