What a coincidence. I came to the hotel and found out that I had stayed there 7 years ago. Very, very good. This is what motivated me to come to Heidelberg. Breakfast was perfect. The front desk helped make reservations for a good on-board restaurant for dinner.

We stayed for a few nights to visit the Christmas markets. It was amazing!! We stayed in room 21, which had a sitting room and a tremendous view of the Castle. Staff was helpful and friendly. And, the breakfast is outstanding--fresh fruit, avocados, made to order eggs and lovely breads. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels we have every stayed at and we would happily stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

At the last minute we decided to visit Heidelberg on our travel through the Rhine. When our first choice hotel was booked we decided not to do the Hilton or Marriott and chose the Suites. What a great decision . Sonia’s welcome was amazing- it is hard to find such enthusiasm these days. She loves the hotel and the city and it showed ! The room was meticulously decorated and our only wish was for a firmer mattress. I loved the white company toiletries. I felt at home! Breakfast was filled with well presented fruit , breads and pastries and more. Top quality but not over the top. And the staff were do friendly and warm . The hotel is situated across from the river. Perfect for going to the Old Town . A great spot for your Heidelberg stay.

We loved our stay at this delightful, design-driven boutique hotel. Lucas greeted us warmly as friends not just guests. The location was perfect, a short walk over the bridge to the old town, separates you from the crowds. The room had everything and more with style, class, comfort and luxury. The gift of wine and goodies were a lovely touch. Breakfast was as elegant as the woman hosting it. All staff we encountered were kind and professional. We will happily return and check into staying at other House of Hütter properties, especially excited about Goldfinger, their yacht offered in Ibiza!

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location. Wonderful service. Great rooms. A small boutique hotel with wonderful views of the river. Free mini bar and other free amenities. Breakfast is very nice. interior decorating at its best. Has an outdoor jacuzzi in the garden behind with a gym next door. Highly recommended.
