We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian choices but ham on the bone and whole salmon for the meat eaters. We got a tram from the station which took 5 minutes.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Despite booking well in advance, we were given a room facing the kitchen. As it was very hot, the exhaust fan was very loud when the window was open. After speaking to reception, the lady treated us professionally. Despite the hotel being fully booked because of a concert, we were given a quieter room. That's customer service, and that in a hotel with 330 beds!👍 The breakfast is extremely good and perfectly organized. Bravo to the management.

Only one night, but very relaxing. The beds are very comfortable equipped with high quality mattresses. Windows are for self-opening. The bathroom is useful, but very clean. The location, in the middle of Wiesloch, well located to explore the surroundings walking. We were satisfied and would like to stay here again.

Strakke, moderne kamer, goed en groot bed, mooie en nette badkamer met zeepdispensor en haardroger. In tegenstelling tot wat foto laat vermoeden ligt het in een vrij drukbereden straat. Prima parkeergelegenheid voor en onder het gebouw. Om de hoek kun je de tram nemen naar Heidelberg. Ontbijt is duur en gewoontjes. Decakoffie is enkel beschikbaar als oploskoffie. De accommodatie is oké, maar de sfeer is eerder onpersoonlijk.

The hotel is located near the motorway, which is why we have chosen the hotel for a night after a long drive. We did not take breakfast, for €16 per person we preferred to get something from the nearby baker. (We can only recommend it warmly!..;))
To the room: The room itself is a little older, especially the bath could once be able to rehabilitate. However, the bed is comfortable so we could get some recovery after the long drive.

The hotel was easy to reach from the Autobahn and there is enough parking space by the hotel. The parking is free and the rooms are nice, modern and big enough. The breakfast is OK and enough variety. We booked a second night, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a tram nearby to get into town. We walked wich was a nice walk but far - therefor the old town is spread out a long woy. We took a ”lime scooter” back to the hotel - wich was fun - there a plenty room on the bikepathes. The hotel is nice and quited and the beds where good there I would recommend it. There is 24 hours check-in available.

DDoorOneRight at the foot of the mountain, easy to go to attractions. The yard has very good facilities, with a kitchen, and snacks such as milk and cereals, all for free. The bathroom environment is good, and the common room is also good. You can wash clothes, in short, it is very good, Heidelberg is also very beautiful and worth a visit!

GGuest UserThis is an old-school European hotel that has been run by the same family for years. In fact, they were walking around breakfast greeting guests who had been coming for years. Although the furnishings are more old-school the service is top notch. The front desk, bellman, servers - everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the town and our room was quite comfortable - the sitting area was nice to have so we could relax a bit before dinner. Breakfast was a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices and cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries and yoghurts.

Bathroom comes with the regular amenities and even more (earplugs for example). Breakfast is in point, great choice of sweet and savory. So we were actually meant to be staying in an apartment in Heidelberg but the owner got in touch a few days before to say that there was an issue with it and can we stay in their sister hotel the BS boutique. We knew there had been lots of flooding the weeks before and I’m not sure if that is why but as we were offered a free breakfast and a partial refund we didn’t want to cause any stress so we accepted the hotel. Very glad we did as it was stunning and super clean with fantastic staff. Everything in this hotel is quality. The doors and windows had amazing sound proofing. Totally quiet at night and the comfiest beds and pillows. A big thank you for making our trip to Heidelberg special. It’s a beautiful city.

GGuest UserWe visited Heidelberg in juni 2022, and was originally only booked in at Qube hotel for 2 nights. As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

GGuest UserWir haben noch nie zuvor ein Hotel bewertet, doch nach unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel empfinden wir eine Bewertung sehr wichtig, damit andere Leute nicht in diese Falle tappen. Der Check-In verlief schon sehr unorganisiert, da für uns (meinen Mann und mich) zwei Buchungen vorlagen. Generell wirkten die RezeptionistInnen sehr unorganisiert und unsicher. Beim Betreten unseres Zimmers ist uns direkt aufgefallen, dass wir zwei Einzelbetten, statt einem Doppelbett, wie gebucht, bekommen haben. Dies war auf den Bildern im Internet anders zu sehen. Der Teppich ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und war total verstaubt und verdreckt. Gesaugt wurde definitiv nicht! Klodeckel und -brille waren völlig zerkratzt, die Armaturen an Waschbecken und Badewanne verfärbt und verkalkt. Auch fanden sich lange, schwarze Haare an der Badewannenarmatur und auf dem Badezimmerboden. An der Decke des Hotelzimmers war eine Halterung für einen Feuermelder befestigt, jedoch fehlte der Feuermelder. Direkt haben wir den RezeptionistInnen die Mängel mitgeteilt. Der Rezeptionist hat uns kurz darauf die Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben. Bzgl. des Feuermelders fragte dieser und allen ernstes, ob wir denn dringend einen Melder bräuchten. Mein Mann und ich haben für zwei Nächte gebucht, haben es aber wegen des Drecks und den unbequemen Betten nur eine Nacht dort ausgehalten, sodass wir nach dem Frühstück, welches sehr gut war, unsere Koffer gepackt haben. Ein letztes Mal haben wir uns dann beschwert und unser Geld für die zweite Nacht zurückverlangt, was kein Problem war. Dazu muss ich jedoch sagen, dass die erste Nacht für uns doppelt so teuer war, wie die zweite Nacht, die wir erstatten bekommen haben. Wir haben den Eindruck erlangt, von den RezeptionistInnen nicht ernst genommen und eher belächelt zu werden. Nie wieder!

GGuest UserThis beautifully situated hotel offers outstanding customer service, with excellent dining options, and magnificent views of the Neckar River. Everything is immaculate and there is great attention to detail. The walk into town is lovely, or you can take a short taxi ride. Make sure to visit the breakfast buffet, it has options for everyone and is the best I have experienced during my forty years of travel.

The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in an historic building. The ceilings are high and our room was a deluxe double and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of foods--from fresh baked bread, to make your own waffles, to cheeses, eggs and other foods. The staff at the buffet was very helpful and lovely. The hotel is well located just a few blocks from the Alstadt (old city) and it was easy to walk everywhere from there. It's also right next to the bus/tram station. However, a few things you need to know before you book this hotel. 1) The reception desk is only staffed until early evening. 2) Housekeeping is sporadic. We were there for 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once. 3) There is no air conditioning. We had a fan in the room and opened the windows and it was bearable at night, but not super cool. On a very hot day or night this could really be an issue. 4) With the windows open, it is really noisy, particularly because the bus and tram station is right across the street. 5) There is no shampoo or conditioner provided--only hand soap at the sink and body soap in the shower. However, there's a drug store across the street where you can get what you need. 6) There are small sets of stairs that you may have to go up and down on the floor where the rooms are. If you have mobility issues, try to ask about this when you book so that you get a room where this won't be an issue. We had a very nice stay, but those are things I would have liked to know before I booked, so I thought I'd include them in a review.
