Heidelberg, a certain distance from the attractions is not particularly convenient. There is an underground parking lot, but the front desk is too unprofessional. You need to contact the contact information. The check-in time is delayed. The experience is not good.

We had two separate rooms and we received an upgrade on one of them. The hotel is located next to the train station and the rooms were new, nice, clean and quiet. The check-in was ok and the check -out went smoothly as expected. All together a nice place.

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the reception area is pristine and modern. Although our room wasn't quite ready on check in because the hotel was sold out, we were able to leave our luggage here and begin our visit to Heidelberg. We dealt with 2 girls at reception, both incredibly busy but incredibly helpful. I couldn't praise them enough. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous too, with so much to choose from. The rooms were spotless and clearly newly decorated. Everything was to notch - I couldn't fault it. The rooftop bar is worth a visit too - a little expensive, but the views are fabulous. Be warned that it gets super busy (as expected) if the weather is nice.

Overall a very fine hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location if you are planning on traveling by train or FlixBus since you are very close to their stations. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and well operated. We also ate once for dinner ate at the hotel restaurant and the hamburgers and fries are exceptional. (We had young adults in our group.) The Executive Lounge has a great view of the river if you have access. One warning. If you need an accessible bathroom, this is NOT the place for you. The showers are old school in a high wall bath tub. The other caution is the location is not adjacent to the Old Town. You may need to use buses, trams, or Uber/taxicab.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

First of all during this critical moments in the world due to the COVID 19 safety it’s out of great importance! This hotel has it, all personal where wearing masks and everyone is responsible. Very professional and friendly hotel personnel, I had a shower head problem and Hotel tech arrived in a min, replace it in the blink of an eye. I felt welcome safe and take good care of. With this review I would like to thank all the hotel stuff for doing such a great job and hope to see you again on my next booking.

On recommendation, I booked the wheelchair room for one night by phone. A hotel, a small room with a double bed, 40 cm left to windows & heaters and 40 cm right to the wall and a large bathroom, heavenly roll-friendly. Even if with the toilet roller inaccessible in the back but otherwise good. How to get to bed with the wheelchair? Find another hotel at 20:00 Sunday? The anger was buffled by a student's over-required late service, who then called the boss to ask the advice, simply push the beds out, exchange the big lake for 2x new. We then received beds. In the night I need support when moving, a double bed therefore actually no alternative. In fact, then 4 hours sleep with the nose on the heat body. The negative feedback the next morning irritated; the beds could be stripped out without problems. They would always be done like that. And the bathroom is so large and really great accessible. The hotel is located near the motorway, which is why we have chosen the hotel for a night after a long drive. We did not take breakfast, for €16 per person we preferred to get something from the nearby baker. (We can only recommend it warmly!..;)) To the room: The room itself is a little older, especially the bath could once be able to rehabilitate. However, the bed is comfortable so we could get some recovery after the long drive.
