The hotel was easy to reach from the Autobahn and there is enough parking space by the hotel. The parking is free and the rooms are nice, modern and big enough. The breakfast is OK and enough variety. We booked a second night, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a tram nearby to get into town. We walked wich was a nice walk but far - therefor the old town is spread out a long woy. We took a ”lime scooter” back to the hotel - wich was fun - there a plenty room on the bikepathes. The hotel is nice and quited and the beds where good there I would recommend it. There is 24 hours check-in available.

First of all during this critical moments in the world due to the COVID 19 safety it’s out of great importance! This hotel has it, all personal where wearing masks and everyone is responsible. Very professional and friendly hotel personnel, I had a shower head problem and Hotel tech arrived in a min, replace it in the blink of an eye. I felt welcome safe and take good care of. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Despite booking well in advance, we were given a room facing the kitchen. As it was very hot, the exhaust fan was very loud when the window was open. After speaking to reception, the lady treated us professionally. Despite the hotel being fully booked because of a concert, we were given a quieter room. That's customer service, and that in a hotel with 330 beds!👍 The breakfast is extremely good and perfectly organized. Bravo to the management.

The hotel was undergoing an upgrade so the room we checked in to was new and refreshed. The hotel cafe had a good spread for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations to visit around the area. Volk was particularly helpful.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Heidelberg main station. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. The hotel is old, but looks neat and clean. Unfortunately, all data already stored online had to be entered again at check-in. I wouldn't go back as it's too far from downtown for me.

We had two separate rooms and we received an upgrade on one of them. The hotel is located next to the train station and the rooms were new, nice, clean and quiet. The check-in was ok and the check -out went smoothly as expected. All together a nice place.

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian choices but ham on the bone and whole salmon for the meat eaters. We got a tram from the station which took 5 minutes.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is an old-school European hotel that has been run by the same family for years. In fact, they were walking around breakfast greeting guests who had been coming for years. Although the furnishings are more old-school the service is top notch. The front desk, bellman, servers - everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the town and our room was quite comfortable - the sitting area was nice to have so we could relax a bit before dinner. Breakfast was a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices and cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries and yoghurts.

GGuest UserWe traveled by train so this hotel was perfect, very short walk from the main station, maybe 150 feet. We did not know check in was 3:00 so paid 15€ to check in early taking a lesser room for the same price. IBIS allows early check in / late checkout for a 90€ annual fee. Breakfast was basic so we skipped that. Unfortunately McDonalds next door closed about 4 months earlier. As for lunch, the Thai restaurant (Asia Box) in the main station was very good and there is a grocery store in the station too. Our room on the 1st floor was small but clean with 2 beds. The bathroom was very small but this is the only room we saw. Street noise was minimal. Train, tram and bus lines converge here so you cant beat the location. I suspect they have parking for a fee but because we arrived by train, I am not sure.

GGuest UserTop parking access and great location. Within a few minutes from the tram. Hotel wise the bedrooms are confortable, clean and specious enough. Bathroom comes with the regular amenities and even more (earplugs for example). Breakfast is in point, great choice of sweet and savory. Bar serves great cocktails and the atmosphere feels pretty cozy!

GGuest UserWow. What a beautiful hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff I think I have ever met. So we were actually meant to be staying in an apartment in Heidelberg but the owner got in touch a few days before to say that there was an issue with it and can we stay in their sister hotel the BS boutique. We knew there had been lots of flooding the weeks before and I’m not sure if that is why but as we were offered a free breakfast and a partial refund we didn’t want to cause any stress so we accepted the hotel. Very glad we did as it was stunning and super clean with fantastic staff. Everything in this hotel is quality. The doors and windows had amazing sound proofing. Totally quiet at night and the comfiest beds and pillows. A big thank you for making our trip to Heidelberg special. It’s a beautiful city.

As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

GGuest UserWir haben noch nie zuvor ein Hotel bewertet, doch nach unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel empfinden wir eine Bewertung sehr wichtig, damit andere Leute nicht in diese Falle tappen. Der Check-In verlief schon sehr unorganisiert, da für uns (meinen Mann und mich) zwei Buchungen vorlagen. Generell wirkten die RezeptionistInnen sehr unorganisiert und unsicher. Beim Betreten unseres Zimmers ist uns direkt aufgefallen, dass wir zwei Einzelbetten, statt einem Doppelbett, wie gebucht, bekommen haben. Dies war auf den Bildern im Internet anders zu sehen. Der Teppich ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und war total verstaubt und verdreckt. Gesaugt wurde definitiv nicht! Klodeckel und -brille waren völlig zerkratzt, die Armaturen an Waschbecken und Badewanne verfärbt und verkalkt. Auch fanden sich lange, schwarze Haare an der Badewannenarmatur und auf dem Badezimmerboden. An der Decke des Hotelzimmers war eine Halterung für einen Feuermelder befestigt, jedoch fehlte der Feuermelder. Direkt haben wir den RezeptionistInnen die Mängel mitgeteilt. Der Rezeptionist hat uns kurz darauf die Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben. Bzgl. des Feuermelders fragte dieser und allen ernstes, ob wir denn dringend einen Melder bräuchten. Mein Mann und ich haben für zwei Nächte gebucht, haben es aber wegen des Drecks und den unbequemen Betten nur eine Nacht dort ausgehalten, sodass wir nach dem Frühstück, welches sehr gut war, unsere Koffer gepackt haben. Ein letztes Mal haben wir uns dann beschwert und unser Geld für die zweite Nacht zurückverlangt, was kein Problem war. Dazu muss ich jedoch sagen, dass die erste Nacht für uns doppelt so teuer war, wie die zweite Nacht, die wir erstatten bekommen haben. Wir haben den Eindruck erlangt, von den RezeptionistInnen nicht ernst genommen und eher belächelt zu werden. Nie wieder!

The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in an historic building. The ceilings are high and our room was a deluxe double and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of foods--from fresh baked bread, to make your own waffles, to cheeses, eggs and other foods. The staff at the buffet was very helpful and lovely. The hotel is well located just a few blocks from the Alstadt (old city) and it was easy to walk everywhere from there. It's also right next to the bus/tram station. However, a few things you need to know before you book this hotel. 1) The reception desk is only staffed until early evening. 2) Housekeeping is sporadic. We were there for 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once. 3) There is no air conditioning. We had a fan in the room and opened the windows and it was bearable at night, but not super cool. On a very hot day or night this could really be an issue. 4) With the windows open, it is really noisy, particularly because the bus and tram station is right across the street. 5) There is no shampoo or conditioner provided--only hand soap at the sink and body soap in the shower. However, there's a drug store across the street where you can get what you need. 6) There are small sets of stairs that you may have to go up and down on the floor where the rooms are. If you have mobility issues, try to ask about this when you book so that you get a room where this won't be an issue. We had a very nice stay, but those are things I would have liked to know before I booked, so I thought I'd include them in a review.
