The hotel is located just behind Chinatown which is good because there is still a crowd after dark, unlike the rest of CBD area.

Pros: Convenient location. Ad hoc request for items are delivered in a timely manner. Staffs are friendly.
Cons: Non existence room cleaning. Daily room cleaning service only make the bed and many times the items are not replaced or replenished (tea bags, lotion, doesn’t watch cups, clearly doesn’t vacuum either as crumbs will remain on the floor).

Very helpful staff!
Location is good, near Darling Sq and Chinatown with plenty of good food
A 10-15min walk along George St to reach the main/luxury shopping district
Parking though not at the same location, is near and easy to get to.
The only thing that was not great is this flight of steps to the room. Means you can’t roll the luggage all the way but had to lift up at this stretch. Though this is not the case on all floors or rooms I realize.
Despite this, still recommended!

Close to everything, easlily accessable.

front desk staff is good. however the service request is not done. And one of the light inside the room is not working.
