Like : Good rooms, clean, good service staff ,give unlimited drinking water. The location is not bad. Walking distance to Zhongyang Shopping Street and St. Sophia Church. Staff can't speak English but try to use translation for communication. Dislike : The bathroom door is clear glass. I don't understand why the Ibis hotel chain in China has to make clear bathroom doors 😅

The concierge team definitely went the extra mile to help me in navigating the barrage of local Chinese apps. Ordering food in with the delivery robot was such a novel experience! Location-wise, the airport bus stop (line 3) drops you off right across the road, and the bus stop back to the airport is right outside the hotel (＜1 min).

Very good, except that the room is a bit crowded, the sound insulation and warmth are very good, dry and wet are separated, and it is very convenient to travel. The location is great, there is the Yonghe Street morning market around, there are all kinds of food, it is very convenient to go to the museum, and it is very close to the shopping mall

A subway line 3 station just right infront of the hotel, making it really convenient to go about. The hotel provides self service laundry, it's not for big capacity but good enough for washing important clothes especially during winter.

The staff at the counter, restaurant, and cleaning staff are very helpful and friendly. The environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and very appetizing. They are very friendly to children. The room is arranged on a high floor with a good view, especially at night, where you can enjoy the beautiful lights. It is very close to Sunac Mao and Sunac Paradise. It is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The only inconvenience is that it is far from the subway station. If I come to Harbin again, I will choose to stay there again.

衹住了一宿 沒吃早餐 不好評價什麼 服務人員態度和環境都不錯  衹是本想訂一個離哈爾濱西站近一點的 方便第二天坐高鐵  沒想到的是在酒店門口就能望見的哈西站 真正走起來 要繞一個大圈子 所以去西站的朋友不推薦  離萬達廣場很近 這一點很方便
