Harbin Central Avenue/Saint Sophia Cathedral/The Memorial Tower of Fig
We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

Super value for money and recommend this place. Modern and clean, spacious room Short ride from main railway station Daily free water bottle, daily house keeping. Breakfast is plenty, lots of choices and different menu everyday. Laundry room with full amenities for free usage, including detergent. Places to eat at nearby. Receptionists are welcoming. Free tanghulu upon arrival. Only thing is heating in winter January is not as warm in the room ( which is also the same in general in china). But the blankets are so warm. Pillow is also on soft side Overall, it's super value for money and definitely recommend it.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is a subway station just outside the hotel entrance. Public bus is also accessible within 3-5 mins walking distance. Had the chance to take their buffet breakfast and i would recommend this. We had lunch and dinner outside as we are roaming around the city. However, you can also order food from ******* app and the food will be delivered to your room door. Very convenient. Overall, our stay was nice.

Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza
There is the subway station downstairs, and it is only a 13-minute walk to Harbin West Station. If you are coming from the airport, it is recommended to take the Airport Bus Line 2 to Harbin Bus Terminal, which is only a 40-minute drive or a 15-minute walk. I told the lady at the counter that I wanted to live on the same floor as my parents and she moved us to another room. She also gave me fruit and warm water. There is a free washer and dryer on the first floor. In the morning, there was a pot of aspic pears in pot buns, which was really beyond my expectation.
