Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

Our first hotel at Harbin was Manhattan hotel. It was a good hotel but interior looked abit old.Need to change their furniture and the aircond because it was so noisy.But the customer service was good ,She manage to change my room to another room since the aircond was so noisy.Otherwise the breakfast was really delicious and the location was really near to hagia sophia cathedral.Anyway thank you and all the best.

However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, featuring limited choices that did not meet our expectations. Our room, though functional, fell short of our cleanliness standards, as we noticed visible dust, and the absence of windows in our assigned room was a notable downside. The confined space without natural light diminished the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, the provided toiletries were minimal, approximately 100 ml for two people over two nights, and unfortunately, they were not replenished on the second day, leaving us with a shortage. Fortunately, we had our own toiletries as a backup. While the hotel has potential, particularly due to its location and accommodating staff, addressing cleanliness concerns, expanding breakfast options, and ensuring ample toiletries for the duration of the stay would significantly enhance the guest experience. These improvements would make EaseLF Hotel a more attractive choice for future stays, creating a more satisfying and memorable visit for guests.

일단 호텔 자체는 규모도 있고 방도 깔끔했으며 체크인 시간보다 먼저 방에 들어갈 수 있게 해줘서 만족스러웠습니다. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 건 호텔 규모에 어울리지 않게 직원분 말투나 태도가 한없이 가볍다는 것...? 사람에 따라 불쾌하게 느낄 수도 있을 것 같아 교육이 필요해보입니다. 위치는 역에서는 조금 떨어져 있긴 하지만 하얼빈 자체가 택시비가 워낙 저렴해서 역이 가까운 게 큰 의미가 없는 데다가 여러 관광지에 가기 편리한 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔 옆에 러시아 잡화점? 같은 작은 마트가 하나 있는데 한국에서 보기 힘든 러시아 와인도 저렴하게 팔고 있으니 꼭 사서 드셔보시는 거 추천드려요.
