The hotel was perfect location, right next to a major mall and food walking street. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helped me find a place to get a covid test nearby. The room was amazing!! Huge bathtub in the window after a long cold day. The room had a projector screen too, I could easily watch a movie.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It's not the price. I told the bartender that there was a problem with the hygiene and that they didn't have the same room type as me. Then the bartender brought me a broom to clean it up and brought me an extra bottle of water and said no. Sorry. I was really convinced. Was it because I was missing a bottle of water? After I checked in, I was already at the 23rd store and I was too lazy to argue with him. Their reviews are all bad, and the hotel on the 9th floor is not very real estate. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my years of business travel.
