還行，地理位置優越，不遠就有地鐵口，價格實惠，在節假日期間也才幾十塊，房東很好，給我不帶衞浴的房間免費升級有衞浴的，比較乾淨，雖然很簡陋，但是對於想節約房費的人來説，性價比很高了，可以來體驗住一住

挺好的，在國慶節假日期間很便宜了，交通方便，在地鐵口附近，我本來訂的共享衞浴的房間，老闆娘很好，給我免費升級到了獨立衞浴的房間，住一晚是不錯的，衞生也還可以，雖然房間有點煙味，但是打開窗户可以散掉氣味，綜合起來性價比很高，冬天還要來哈爾濱看冰雪大世界，還會選這裏
