Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Location is good, staff from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant are always friendly and helpful. Judy from the front desk and a few more ladies ( sorry we didn't get their names ) are always professional, cheerful, and beyond kind. Please keep up the good work! All the hotels around Zhongyang Street area should learn from Mercure's hospitality!

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

This hotel was in a great location! We were close to Sophia Church, Zhongyang pedestrian street, and within walkable distance of a park and the Songhua River. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I found things to eat each morning, and they changed up some of the dishes served, which was nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special shoutout to 王颖. I spoke with her before arriving in Harbin to let her know that our flight arrived late at night. Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

Good location within all tourist sites. Good breakfast spread. Rooms abit small but good enough for 2. Nice gesture to provide desserts every night and 2 ice creams upon check out. Hotel even gives local souvenirs of sausages and chocolate biscuits. Welcome gifts with heat pads, tea and ear plugs. So far i didn't find it noisy. Bed is comfortable and we have slept well through the night. Thanks to front desk staff for assisting me to get a cab to train station where traffic was busy.

Highly recommend this hotel, great service, friendly staffs. Bathroom is clean and most importantly they provide Dyson hair dryer

Good service at the reception. staff is very helpful although with limited English. Room is a bit small but reasonable for small family. Hotel provided free gifts upon check out.
