The hotel is great with super convenient location as the popular Zhongyang Street is just 200m away. The subway station is also just located opposite the hotel. The room is big and comfortable to stay. The service provided by the hotel staff during our breakfast is super good and heartwarming especially special thanks to Madam Liu Jingling (刘金玲女士）! 嘎嘎赞👍！ I really love her smiling face to us all the time! Anyway, will choose to stay this hotel again when traveling to Harbin next time.

What a lovely hotel! The staff are so friendly, and there are many special amenities - such as warming pads, eye masks, excellent toiletries. Housekeeping provided fresh fruit and goodies every day. The location across the cable car is so convenient and also a nice walk to the main Russian street and square. Breakfast was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel in Harbin. As foreigners, we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel but we got excellent international hospitality!! Thank you!

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m.
5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful.
Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice
and Snow World, very friendly.
Good breakfast, all staffs are professional.
Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

I had a great stay at the Habsburg Hotel. The location was great. Convenient for food and shopping options and located across the street from the ropeway and winter play activity area on the River. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast with all the options. The highlight was Restaurant Manager Jenny. She always greeted me with a smile and too her time to talk with me about my day and the city of Harbin. Thank you Jenny!

This hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their rooms are big and the house keeping staff are great, particularly Jenny. They also have a guest laundry.

Amazing hotel.
I choose a river view king room. The view is amazing frozen river. The aircondioned is not functioning at night. So i have to open the window. The room is clean. The bed is amazing. Full amenities. Wide breakfast selections. I love the hot soy bean when in China. Great locations near Harbin Ropeway. Zhongyang Street & Tartar Mosque. Friendly staff except the lady receptionist never smile. But did her job.
