cleanliness is ok but hotel staff rude we ask to book car because we want go to airport in the morning she said book ourselves in outside in the coldest weather so bad attitude!!

The worst stay ever, bar none! It was extremely bad!!
It felt like the room was not cleaned at all, the quilt was yellowed
There was not only hair on the bed, but also a bug
There was hair everywhere, it was terrible
The air conditioner in the room didn't work well

The room is clean and sunny. The front desk upgraded me to a stress-free king-size bed room for free. The bed is really comfortable. The room is well decorated, but clean and quiet at night.

The environment is clean, the room space is sufficient, the transportation is very convenient, the subway station is right next to it, and the front desk service is also very helpful.
