the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

This was my first time staying the Wanda Realm. It was an enjoyable experience. Joe the concierge was great with helping my group figure out times and location. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel in itself was beautiful and had comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel for your visit to Harbin.

I had a very lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Joe the concierge was especially helpful and has excellent English.

I'm sure that during normal times this hotel is much better then what I experienced. Due to the current covid situation the breakfast selection was quite limited, the room although large and quite comfortable was somewhat dated. The carpet around the bed was damp as if there was a water leak somewhere. I have always had good experience with Wanda hotels so I will not hold this against them and will continue to stay at their hotels in the future.
