Throughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a very thoughtfully laid and maintained place. The rooms are snug, very quiet, modern, clean. The common areas are inviting with a study, lounge and a great little laundry where the staff will help you. Breakfast is great and there's even late night porridge on the house. It's seriously more fun and comfortable than five star hotels I have stayed in. Also very convenient next to subway and close to shopping. The staff are super.

We stayed in the hotel for five days. The room was cleaned every day, but the bed was not changed. They just tidied up the wrinkles. Every time we went back at night, we could see a lot of hair on the bed, which we had to tidy up ourselves. The hygiene was also not up to standard. There were cockroaches in the room. The hygiene and safety were extremely poor. It was not as good as a homestay. When waiting for the elevator on the first floor of the hotel, I also saw a dead cockroach. They bullied us because we were not locals in Harbin and could not go back to them. They were perfunctory when solving the problem.
