Great service Great location
The hotel is located nearby St Sophia Cathedral just a 5 Min walk away. The room is spacious and clean at a reasonable price.
The front desk staff are very helpful and very kind. They kept our forgotten item in the room for us too.
I appreciate it. next time I have a chance to visit Harbin, I will come here again!

Good service. Comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and tried so hard to help us even though they know little english. Will repeat this hotel if i come back to harbin. Location is very good too nearby shopping area.

Positive side :
1. Location near St. Sophia Church, less than 5 minutes by walk
2. Spacious room, complete amenities, clean bed sheet, separate toilet and shower room
3. Easy to get tour travel to Snow Town (in lobby hotel)
4. Free flow snack bar and hot tea
Need to improve :
1. No air conditioner or heater room, the hotel only provide electric fan

We had a good stay, problem is the walls are thick and loud neighbors can be heard.
Also employees open doors without knocking some times. But the rest was fine.

Location is best very nearby Sophia church just walking distance 3-4minute, receptionist very kind and helpful.Picture from trip.com similar with existing room is 95% same. Room still look new and cleaning. Hotel lobby have free warm free. I will come back to this hotel again.

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi.
Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The hotel is pretty clean and the room is really nicely decorated. But the doors to both the bathroom and shower don’t close properly. The underfloor heating of the room also doesn’t work properly and since we have a window in the room, it’s freezing.
