衞生：非常乾淨，而且每天都有阿姨打掃，很熱情，遇到還會主動跟我們打招呼。
設施：洗手枱、衞生間和淋浴房都不錯，淋雨出水量很大，24小時熱水，看完演唱會回來洗個熱水澡非常舒服。
環境： 酒店門口就是珠江站的5號口，去中央大街和東北虎林園還有太陽島都很方便，各個景點地鐵基本都能到。去會展中心看演唱會也衹要坐兩站3號線就到了。交通便利，性價比很高。
服務：前台小姐姐人非常奈斯，幫助我們快速入住，退房的時候也是很絲滑。
之前是看網上評價好，酒店價格適中，位置也離我我看林俊傑演唱會的會展中心不遠，我看完演唱會是一路逛回來的2.8km概半個多小時就走回來了。這裏去哈爾濱各個景點也非常方便，如果之後再來哈爾濱，我還是會選這裏住。這次夏天來的，下次有機會冬天來冰雪大世界，帶家人還住這裏。

這是我待在東北這多地方最貴且體驗感最一般的酒店了。除了靠近地鐵口，酒店房間沒有餐巾紙，下水道味道大，鞋子不是一次性。唯一好一點就是沒有很大煙味吧。不然我真的會崩潰。大家自己酌情考慮吧

房間挺小的，屋裡沒有礦泉水，枕頭和被子特別臟，枕頭兩面都是臟的，牙刷還有牙膏也特別劣質，也沒有一次性杯子，衞生環境挺差的。前台服務人員態度很好，但是整體環境特別差

一 如既往地好，去哈爾濱的首選，一家寶藏賓館強烈推薦，價格也不是很貴，比有些連鎖價格更加良心，房間雖然不是很大，但是床很舒服。雖然是老店了，但是 裝修還是很新的，是新裝的，也有早餐，出現方便，出門就是地鐵口。整個賓館的服務態度都很好，下次來依舊還會住他家，nice
