The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly even though they know limited English. I didn’t take the breakfast. There is warm drink serve in hotel lobby for guest . The heater is functioning well. There is a bidet at toilet which i like.

Easy to access good restaurants and shangzhidajie metro . Loved the breakfast, comfort beds and bathrobe. Easy to board car and bus here.

The room is very dirty, and it’s not clean properly. The toilet smells really bad. We asked for room service, the cleaner put a bag of water in plastic bag to cover the smell but it doesn’t work. Location was ok, staff was ok too. Breakfast is not great.Definitely need to improve the cleanliness by a lot.

A very good experience. The lady is beautiful and has a good attitude. The hotel has heating, and it is warm when you enter the room, which is very comfortable. The single room is quite large, clean and tidy. The next morning, the sun was shining on the bed, which was so comfortable. There is also a buffet breakfast in the morning, and there are travel guides for various places in the hotel lobby, which is very considerate. The overall feeling is high-end. Recommended.
