The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly even though they know limited English. I didn’t take the breakfast. There is warm drink serve in hotel lobby for guest . The heater is functioning well. There is a bidet at toilet which i like.

Easy to access good restaurants and shangzhidajie metro . Loved the breakfast, comfort beds and bathrobe. Easy to board car and bus here.

The room is very dirty, and it’s not clean properly. The toilet smells really bad. We asked for room service, the cleaner put a bag of water in plastic bag to cover the smell but it doesn’t work. Location was ok, staff was ok too. Breakfast is not great.Definitely need to improve the cleanliness by a lot.

The room is affordable. High ceiling lobby. But the elevator does not wash the card, the security is worse, everyone can get up. The hygiene level is OK. But not close to Central Avenue and Sophia Church, at least ten minutes walk to get there, and is in -20 degrees or so walk, so every time back to the hotel or out to take a taxi.

The service is very friendly. The Russian-style decoration is very good. Although the facilities are a bit old, the location is very good. It is close to Central Avenue and Sofia. Line 2 subway station is a five or six minute walk to Sun Island Ice and Snow World. Transfer to Line 1 at 2 stations to go directly to the 731 site. The room is very clean. There is plenty of mineral water. The heating temperature is suitable. It is not too hot to sleep.
