It is indeed quite retro. You have to walk up some stairs to take the elevator, so people with mobility issues should be careful. There is no breakfast or public toilet. After checking out, I wanted to go back to the toilet while waiting for the bus, but they didn't allow me to go back. They urged me to check out at 12 noon, which is understandable. It meets the standards, but lacks in terms of humanization and the facilities are relatively old. The advantage is that Central Street is a few steps downstairs, but the disadvantage is that some taxi drivers who are not familiar with the road may think they are in Central Street and cannot find the way in.

非常非常滿意，錯峯出遊，價格真的很親民，這次特意選了俄式風情的住宿，這裏完全滿足我的小期待，喜歡，舒服，前台的小哥哥小姐姐很棒，溝通很親切，房間保潔員也是笑容可掬、禮貌友好！旁邊的俄餐廳吃飯很方便味道也很贊！從二樓前台有個門可以直接過去吃哦，太方便了

俄式老建築，位於中央大街裏，去聖索菲亞教堂、哈爾濱博物館、紅專早市都很方便，離機場大巴三線（中央大街站）也就是一條馬路的距離，地鐵站也不遠。樓下俄餐、東北菜、快餐、餃子的選擇性很多。
每個房間給兩張房卡，但要收100的按金。每天有人打掃、換洗漱品，很棒。

位置很好，百年老房子，俄式裝修，中央大街入口，去索菲亞大教堂、道里菜市場、紅專街早市都很方便，零食大禮包也很贊。美中不足是洗澡水不是恆温的，忽冷忽熱，不太好掌握。

房間很有特色，登記入住時候還貼心送了同主題的俄國風味的零食飲料，窗户外就是中央大街，右手邊就可以打車，非常方便！但是比較重行李箱的要考慮一下，大堂需要搬一截台階坐電梯！因為是老樓，白天會有點吵！

百年建築！很值得來打卡一住！性價比也蠻高！
一靠近賓館，它濃郁的俄式建築風格就狠狠吸引了我，雕花、尖頂，每一處細節都充滿異域風情，拍照特別出片。辦理入住很順利，前台工作人員態度親切，還熱心推薦周邊景點。
房間佈置氛圍感十足，俄式風情的傢俱、壁畫，感覺像置身於俄羅斯的小屋裡。床品乾淨舒適，衞浴設施也很齊全。
賓館位置絕佳，就在中央大街，出門就能開啟逛吃模式，馬迭爾冰棍、大列巴等美食觸手可及。唯一不足是臨街房間晚上稍微有點吵。但瑕不掩瑜，整體環境和體驗都相當不錯，下次來哈爾濱還會選這兒！
