因為第二天孩子要參加考試，説明情況，前台安排了更加安靜的房間給我們，非常貼心，吃住洗浴汗蒸一站式搞定，既緩解疲勞，也減少周折，住宿環境也有性價比，感覺選擇這裏很值得，再次給前台點個贊👍🏻

為協會的專家訂好房之後專家正常入住，但是空調不好使、屋裡偏冷，在離店退房時專家提醒我下次不要再定這個首爾郡了，太差了。第一天入住後出門買個葯要交按金三百元，可是我們住酒店東西都在樓上也不退房，為什麼要交按金？第二天早上出門吃早餐又要交按金700，不知道這按金收取有沒有明文公示、收取是否合理？在其他酒店住從來沒有見過這樣的。另外入住時前台説房裡兩張床是帶兩個澡票的，專家是一個人住，就問是否可以讓朋友過來使用另一張澡票，前台也是同意了的，可是洗完出來就要收費，並且説前一班沒有跟他交待這個事，可是你們沒交接那是你們自己失職啊為什麼顧客還要確認你們是否交接？我們怎麼知道你們需要交接，什麼時候交接，交接是否清楚，難道顧客要一直在你們旁邊確認這個事情嗎？還有最離譜的是退房時前台説要交房費，可是我通過攜程平台明明已經交過了，前台説是他系統後台看不到，又改口説你訂的是鐘點房衹有十二小時，過了時間要收費，可是我這明明是兩天的房怎麼變成鐘點房了？是攜程系統的問題還是他在騙我？就這樣早上在退房時糾纏不清，這個事情我們會一直關注並舉報到工商、消費者協會等相關部門。哈爾濱現在亞冬會臨近，全國乃至全世界遊客聚集於此，多少眼睛看着哈爾濱，在這個節骨眼上多的我不説了。希望店家自己想清楚自己這些規定和服務人員的態度是否合理是否妥當

體驗感極差！要杯熱水需要收入10元一杯！房間也沒有燒水壺，也沒有提供礦泉水！裏面的飲料也賊貴！服務太多也很差，辦理入住個退房極慢！真心不會再來了！

住這個賓館被坑了，提前問了他們有什麼是我們需要知道的，前台也不説，住進去喝他們的礦泉水要錢，其實要錢無所謂，問題是他們也得提醒要收費，而且價格比市場價還貴一倍，去體驗洗浴穿了他們放在房間的浴袍，也是一樣沒提示收費，洗浴收費還是我提前問洗浴裏面的人才知道了，我自己知道後還願意去這個收費倒是沒問題。前台的態度也很差勁，一開始給我們的房間沒窗，我們訂的是有窗的，提出來要換，前台直接給我們説是不是要退，拽的很，現在哈爾濱旅遊熱門是不缺客户了。打那麼就是想給後面訂房的人提個醒，如果酒店和他們的人員自己覺得自己沒問題，就祝他們出門在外住到都是他們這樣子的酒店
