Summer is the peak tourist season, and the cleaning of the guest rooms is not very good. The garbage is cleared every day, the linen is changed, and there is basically no other cleaning. There is no active service awareness and it is very mechanical. The front desk service is very reluctant and the overall service perception is average. It's just that the location of the hotel is better, there's nothing else to comment on.

交通便利，距離省委黨校步行8分鐘，臨近凱德廣場。室內居住環境整潔，馬桶床品乾淨衞生，樓下臨近小食街，但是夜晚很安靜，購物非常方便。前台小哥哥服務特別周到，耐心細緻，行李幫忙寄存，孩子幫忙照看，很滿意的一次出行。

離凱德廣場很近，樓下就是，買東西很方便，小吃啥的也很多，環境還是蠻不錯的，離地鐵也不遠，大概也就幾百米，出行方便快捷

入住體驗感非常差 帶窗户的商務大床房就是這樣的窗户 衹有一個小縫 真是哭笑不得 還給了一個對着逃生通道的房間 晚上十點多樓上嗡嗡的電鑽聲 早上七點樓上健身房鍛鍊的聲音 以後不會再住如家了 太失望了

洗臉盆下水漏水，電話機不響，定的是家庭房，卻是按照雙床房佈置的用品，跟前台説了也沒有處理，更不能接受的是惡意推銷會員卡，29號下午問詢前台再續住一晚是否可以，前台説原來的房型沒有了，那有沒有其他房型呢？前台答覆説有，但價格會高點，問多少？在電腦上查詢了半天説是448元，原來定的2晚是699元，想着也就多了幾十元，就付款定了無窗大床房，前台説為我辦了會員卡。回到房間閑着沒事再看看攜程上是不是真的沒有房間了，一看攜程上價格，同樣的房型衹要377元，因房間電話是壞的，衹好又趕到前台問詢為什麼現場和網上價格不一樣？這時換了一個服務員，説要想便宜可以在網上訂房，我的價格貴是因為辦會員卡多收了89元，實際房價衹有359元，還可以用早餐，可是前面那位在為我辦會員卡的時候也沒告知我房費是這樣組成的啊！也沒告訴我可以用早餐（不是酒店用餐，跟外面早餐店合作的那種），最後果斷要求退了會員卡和房費，重新在攜程上又續住了一晚。
