We were in Harbin in the winter. The hotel is very nice. The polite receptionist speaks Chinese and English. The room is warm and cozy.

We stayed for 2 night.
The location is perfect to explore Zhoayang street!!!
Hotel with old art detail but well maintained.
Quite and clean room and flexible staff whose helping us to carry our bag to our room.
Hotel allow us to stored our bag during our trip to Volga Manor and well looked after.
The reception area is a bit small but well managed as the check in is so easy.
The location is also within walking distance to Zhaolin park where we catch our bus to Wuchang snow valley.
Halal food is easy to find around the hotel.

Hotel is in good location right at zhongyang street, shower needs better insulation to avoid water dripping from door. Good for 1-2 days stay.

The room is right in the center of Zhongyang Street which is very convenient. Room is quite spacious considering the cost and warm water works fine.
Beddings felt slightly dirty, I'm feeling quite itchy during the stay and had to find another clothes to cover the bed before lie on it. However, I am most alarmed by the drinking water, the provided bottles upon my entry on the first night, all of them has been uncapped and I didn't dare to drink it. Also, be warned that despite 'no cleaning sign' the maid will still enter your room anyway to clean the trash can.
Overall, it is a good budget choice, but you have to be mindful of the cleanliness and belongings.

Walls paper thin. Could hear every word of my next door person. TV didn’t work. Not enough toilet paper. Lady came in my room while I was naked shouting something in Chinese. I’m like- go away! Pillows a bit hard.
But the location was outstanding. Right in the middle of everything.
