All staffs are so helpful and friendly especially Miss Gao is super good. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. The size of the room is good enough. Location is next to Zhongyang Street on 1 min walking. You can have unlimited afternoon tea when you stay here. Thats the bonus point! Breakfast are super delicious!

Feels like home hotel where the service staff truly helps guests. They have help me with a restaurant reservation & hook us up with private cars. Complimentary high tea is by far the longest I have experienced till 9pm. Definitely a place to stay for comfort, safety and convenience. Good location relax stay.

This hotel got five stars service. Lobby staff are eager to cater customer various need. We got many assistance from getting table to room services. You choose your breakfast menu plus getting self-served food. At anytime you can get coffee and snacks free of charge. You can message with staff at any time for your need.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay with Junyi 😍😍😍

Highly recomend for your stay in Harbin.
Location is close to central avenue.
Service is exellent. Hotel staffs provided very good service.

Very positive experience since i stepped into the hotel. Stayed 5 nights, the concierge team is excellent, always eager to help and offer assistance when I have any questions like how to get to certain places etc. they always offer great meals and you could tell the chef puts in effort to ensure the quality of the food as well as variety. Even as I choose the no breakfast options, there is still a wide selection of food available . Every evening there’s snacks offered at the reception area. I particularly like the peach gum coconut fungus dessert. I do not remember all the staff name, like 银 and 单单， always smile and always go the extra mile. A gentleman in the team also directed me where to get a pair of shoes etc. the housekeeping staff offered to help me with my luggage as I was checking out. Will definitely book again if I visit Harbin! Excellent location near the morning market and the central street. Across the hotel and along the sane street, massage and hair salon, nail salon is available.
