性價比高，中央大街附近，很方便。老闆態度很好。旁邊就是索菲亞大教堂，拍照很方便，走幾步路就到中央大街，缺點是房間有蚊子，要自己驅蚊，有花露水，但還是要自己打蚊子。哈爾濱天亮早，窗簾擋嚴點，我每天五點多就被外面的大太陽喚醒了。

離中央大街和索菲亞教堂都很近，酒店公寓不推薦住宿，樓下停車場過夜50，公寓等電梯要半個小時都不一定能坐上，不是人住的地方。房型兩張大床滿足帶孩子出行睡的舒服。中央大街滿大街紅腸，格瓦斯，馬迭爾，和俄羅斯進口商品，索菲亞教堂進去20元裡邊什麼也沒有，比趙四他爹死的都冤枉。

衝著麻將和投影去的，實際體驗並不好，提前預訂了四天住了一天就走了。
民宿環境一般，房屋內有很多蚊蟲的痕跡，拖線板處有發黴，衞生間設施齊全而環境一般；
民宿大樓的電梯運行效率很低，基本上排不上，住中間樓層下樓需要走樓梯，電梯一班就是滿員；
睡眠很不好，床墊很硬，床單被套有異味，會影響睡眠質量，且窗簾未能隔絕外部燈光：
民宿溝通高效，有問題可以溝通，提前三天退房不可取消訂單，衹能與平台協商。

辣雞民宿 第一辦理入住的時候 前台*************** 對待客人一副愛答不理的樣子 第一次見 一個前台對客人這種態度 第二 早上洗到一半突然停水了 一身泡泡在廁所等了十來分鐘着急等着出門 打電話給微信客服直接掛電話 一肚子火 最後多次打結了 直接一句我打電話問一下物業 然後我就等了十幾分鍾一直沒有一個迴應 就這種態度 大家過來旅遊的 有這個💰 千萬不要選擇這裏……糟心

衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：這裏離網紅打卡地聖索菲亞大教堂很近，步行200米即到。離中央大街也很近，步行400米。對面就是哈爾濱第一醫院，位置非常好。

設施：設施很齊全，交通也很方便，周邊哪都夠得到
衞生：衞生很好看，屋子裡還有淡淡的香味。
環境：環境優雅，也很温暖，很喜歡。
服務：店家服務態度很好，小姐姐很貼心，也很熱情
唯獨就是我們住的房間挨着電梯，一個晚上都能聽到電梯的聲音。

真的非常好特別好，非常好，特別好都很熱情，服務人員特別細心，有問題都能幫忙解決環境倒是一般般，但是地理位置非常優越，往後走就是中央大街往前走，就是索菲亞大教堂
