Wonderful 6-Day Stay at Seine Hotel – Highly Recommended!
I recently spent six days at Seine Hotel in Harbin, and my experience was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt at home throughout my stay.
Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city's attractions, including the beautiful Ice and Snow Festival, Central Street, and Songhua River. Transportation was also convenient, with taxis and public transit readily available.
Room & Comfort: My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The heating system worked perfectly, which was essential for Harbin's cold winter weather! The housekeeping team did a great job ensuring the room was spotless every day.
Service & Staff: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. They helped with recommendations, taxi bookings, and even small translation needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience.
Overall Experience: My six-day stay at Seine Hotel was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Whether you're visiting Harbin for tourism or business, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

great hotel. old but tastefully renovated. Staff great, very helpful.
2 layers of double glazed window, super quiet and would be super warm for winter.
go north 100M+ is the river, go south is the market. next street is the Central Street.
The following has nothing to do with the hotel's facility or service, but the driver they booked for us to the airport.
Please do not use him again, he driving is dangerous and unprofessional, he will ruin your reputation
What did he do
1. speeding all the way (130 at 40 zone)
2. pressed his horn constantly
3 texting while driving
4 loud music all the way
5 did not drop us off at the most convenient point (downstairs and taking lift instead of upstairs kerbside)

We are family of three and booked a room for 4 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is very spacious and clean, the same is for bathroom. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The staffs were curious and professional. They helped us carry the luggage’s to the room when checked in and to the car when left. The service was prompt when needed. The location is close to Songhua River and Central Blvd. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay in the same hotel next time in Harbin.

Check in and check out was relatively smooth and guy at counter was helpful. I recommend getting breakfast outside as the food was mediocre and very little for the amount paid. You can easily get to nice local restaurants just right outside the hotel.

Good location: very close to the pedestrian street (Zhongyang street), close to restaurants and cafe's. Traditional interior: resembling 20th century architecture. We liked it. Maybe one suggestion is: they should improve the lighting inside the rooms, it was a bit dark.

Frosty reception. Each time you pass the front desk, at the best,they say 你好. Most time they just glare at you suspiciously.
The TV system is difficult to navigate as you need to do certain settings before you can watch free TV uninterrupted by frequent advertisements or reminders to subscribe. The service personnel who came to help treated us like we are stupid, don't know how to operate a TV!
