The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The breakfast tasted good and the hotel staff is polite and showed good customer service, e.g., they helped me to order food and provided an address to a place that I was able to use in my Didi app.

The front desk has no sense of service. My bath towel was wet, so I asked the front desk to deliver it. The front desk didn't deliver it and told me to wait. I waited for an hour, so I called the front desk again. The front desk still told me to wait. In the end, my body was dry. I was speechless. I hope the front desk has a little sense of service. I hope the manager will strengthen management. I will never go there again next time. The dirty room is speechless. It's still disgusting to rely on the Huazhu Club brand.
