The hotel’s staff is polite and helpful. For example, they provided information about good restaurants that I can order dinner from. The bathroom and bedroom are clean and in great condition. There are various foods to choose from for breakfast. The breakfast is delicious.

The front desk has no sense of service. My bath towel was wet, so I asked the front desk to deliver it. The front desk didn't deliver it and told me to wait. I waited for an hour, so I called the front desk again. The front desk still told me to wait. In the end, my body was dry. I was speechless. I hope the front desk has a little sense of service.
