We had a great stay at Home Inn Neo in Harbin! The location was perfect: close to Central Street, the metro, and with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff did not speak any English, but they were friendly and we figured out everything through a translation app. The hotel is clean and all amenities (wifi, shower) worked well. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Harbin!
