I had an early flight so I came back from downtown Harbin a day early to rest and catch it. The hotel is 5 minutes away by a didi/ taxi. It’s a small Chinese hotel so don’t expect conversing in English. They will use a translator app and that is good enough, they are polite and very helpful. They will inquire about whether you need a shuttle and will tell you the time to be down in the lobby ( they will give you a call in your room to remind you before your flight.).
The room is small but clean and neat. I like that the windows can open so that you can breathe fresh air if the room gets too stuffy!
The water was hot and towels clean. (Ps.if you’re a foreigner that’s going to stay here, to flush the toilet you need to put on the big bathroom light 🤭I had to go to the front desk to ask for help). The bed was comfy and soft and the stay very convenient.
The shuttle driver was early and it was an easy and restful process to get on time. Thank you for the wonders stay 🩷

Hotel is stipulated less than 5 minutes drive to the airport. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel provides shuttle service to the airport as well. If you’re looking for a short stay during transit, this is the hotel to go to.
It takes approximately 35mins to an hour to go to the city area by taxi.

Free Shuttle just a call away - loved that. Location just 5min down the road from airport. Room was huge, tidy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful - I had a lot of questions for my trip they were patience in answering and helping me to figure out or give advice.

We stayed for 1 night, transiting to Harbin West Railway. We booked a room for 4 pax, but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, we called for additional towels and it took a while for the robot to deliver the towels to us. Housekeeping services can be improved in this area. For ordeing of food, you can only eat at the restaurant, hence that QR code provided for dining option in the room is quite misleading.
The hotel location is near the airport, it is alright for short stay, transit flight. They have bus transfer service at arrival hall gate 3 from the airport to the hotel and that is good.
I think the hotel is generally ok it is new and the pricing is good. The service staff were friendly, there was a guy service officer who helped us with booking of taxi to Harbin West Railway station. He was pretty assuring and helpful to ensure that we got to the place in time.
Hence I wouldn't mind staying here again :)

I really liked the hotel! New building, comfortable beds with snow-white linen and a clean bathroom. Polite and smiling girls work at the reception: they checked us in quickly, took care of the transfer (minivan), found out what time the flight was and from which terminal. Delicious breakfast, dinner from the menu (the chef will help you decide).
I stayed in many transit hotels in Harbin near the airport, but this is the best.
I recommend it!
