Hotel was OK but it’s underground and if someone’s doesn’t care about health is OK for them but once you get a room and you can sleep you feel like there is no air inside no windows, but the attitude of Hotel staff was nice, but I couldn’t stay more

This hotel was ok,the lady who ran it was kind but it smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom wasn't very good, there was a restaurant above my room which worked late into the night chopping meat it was so annoying trying to sleep, I wouldn't recommend it, not good value for money

Worst accommodation I’ve visited. The owner and staff smoke freely in the building. They said it’s non smoking room but there is smoking room. It’s in the underground so the ventilation is even worse. Mold. Dust. Let the photos talk. I requested a early check out but they refused. So I just run away from there to another better place.
If you care about your health, never come here.

Lady in charge of hotel is great and friendly cleaning the place. Common toilet and bathroom area.

The accommodation was in the basement and the owner smoked.
The bathroom and sink were together, there was no hot water, and towels and toilet paper were not provided, which was inconvenient. The fan was very dusty, and the weather in Harbin at dawn was -27 degrees Celsius, so I washed my hair and dried it with a dusty fan because there was no hair dryer.
The owner seems like a nice person, but I think it would be good to supplement what I wrote.
