Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. Rooms are great and to a very high standard. Some staff speak English, so booking taxi etc was painless. Plenty of local restaurant very nearby 20 mins to east station in morning

When checking in and checking out of the hotel, I was fortunate enough to meet Xiao Cheng at the front desk. Thank you for your warm reception. Beautiful souvenirs were also given. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The Grand Canal and Dadou Road Historic District are right next to it. There are also Loti Port, Xiaohezhi Street, Joy City, etc. nearby. It's just a short walk away. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety and tastes good.

A trip to Hangzhou, after a friend recommended to book this hotel, probably the hotel near the evening in the afternoon, a waiter saw that we were very enthusiastic, came to say hello to us, helped me pull the luggage, after arriving at the front desk, I saw a lot of people at the front desk, The small hole waiter used a machine to help us check in. It felt very convenient. The facilities were really good. He helped us introduce all kinds of facilities in the hotel. When I recommended breakfast, I remembered that I didn’t book breakfast. The small hole heard it. I also helped us send two breakfasts very intimately. This was my second time coming here. A group of us travelled to Hangzhou to celebrate my friends birthday. The guest manager and Damon on the front desk were very helpful when organise a cake and some decorations to make sure the room was personal. They also gave us a free upgrade and free VIP to celebrate the birthday thank you so much. The service at the gym was amazing Christiana speaks good English and he explained how the gym and swi***ool service works. The gym has a lot of equipment and the swimming pool is at the right temperature. The breakfast has a variety of both English and Chinese food and it's a good spread. We loved our stay at JW Marriott. Lastly, I would like to thank the concierge Albert he was so helpful he helped us with our takeaway food and also explained to our taxi driver the directions. He was polite and offered us masks before our travel this is a true example of excellent service thank you Albert you should be in management.

The front desk service staff小鲍 was very helpful! We checked in almost 11ish at night. He was patient and gave us additional amenities as housekeeping was already closed for the night. Breakfast spread is wide. There's a 'live' noodle station. Nothing like freshly cooked hot noodles with wanton. Good spread of greens fresh salad and fruits with other Chinese hot items. Convenient location. There's 1 nice restaurant just 1 min down the road that serves till late. Their 'dongpuo' braise pork roast is really good. Another seafood noodles & porridge restaurant next door is great too. On the same row is a Lawson supermarket. Very convenient. InTime shopping centre is within walking distance. Wulin Square is a little further down the road. So is the metro station.

It is located at the bus station of the communication market, next to Desheng viaduct, with convenient transportation. The 13th floor and above is the hotel. Everyone who stays in the room needs to check their ID card. The access control is strict. Visitors need to be confirmed by the guest with the front desk before they can get the card to go upstairs. Elevations are noisy, but the windows are closed and the soundproof effect is very good, and it does not affect sleep. The lighting is constant, so that after I went out, I forgot to insert the card when I entered the door for the second time. The air conditioner didn't turn on again. The hot water is very good, the bathtub is good, the shower gel is from Jesmine Village, it is very comfortable, and I want to buy it when I want to go home. There will be snacks, yogurt and biscuits, although there is only one box of yogurt for two people. There is a desk in the room, but the lamp is not very bright, and there is also a small sofa and coffee table, and the view by the window is good. The most pleasant surprise is that all check-outs were delayed until 14:00. At first, I thought it was a member benefit. I heard from the front desk that they had it. It just solved the lunch break for the college entrance examination. However, choosing to check in at 3 o'clock the day before was a bit early and I had to wait. The nearby Shenglihe Food Street is a good place to eat. You can also order takeaways there or around when time is tight. The only thing I'm not used to is that the trash cans are not covered with plastic bags. Some lunch boxes with soup and water have to be put aside separately, worrying that they will be difficult to wash directly in the trash can.

A good weekend for children, Atour's location is very good, opposite to Zhejiang Natural History Museum, Science and Technology Museum, 24-hour Natural History Museum, movie theater, and transportation is very convenient. The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Golden Week coincides with the Asian Games. I can’t afford to live in the Lakeside section! This is the first time I chose Scholars in Gongshu District. The surrounding subway is a bit far away, but there is a bus stop at the door. It is basic to travel all the way. There are many lines in the direction of the canal. The only one is K155 to Pinghai Road. The hotel facilities are a bit old and may have seen better days, but the service is pretty good. The lobby and guest rooms are very attentive and considerate, and the hardware is never enough for the software. Is there a tea break? In the evening, there is a buffet of tea, egg, white fungus, and millet porridge in the lobby. The sour plum soup is delicious and has a lot of ice!
