住過多家海友，掛羊頭賣狗肉的是頭一家，酒店內設施裝修與網上圖片完全沒有關係，到處是灰，窗簾上油漬，坐便洗手池、傢俱的年代感滿滿，根本看不出是22年裝修，12年裝修還差不多！窗户無把手，一推就開，開完裏面關不上，前台説是為了防小偷，我看是給小偷留窗才是吧，晚上路上的車聲超級大，很吵，總之，體驗感極差，因為到店已經晚上七點多，又已辦理完入住才發現的後續，所以衹能將就一晚、差評

有生以來住過最恐怖的酒店，因為臨時來看病又忘記了帶杭州家裡的鑰匙隨便在醫院旁邊訂了一晚，看照片和評論都還不錯，真的大錯特錯。入住時前台説我訂的房間沒有了幫我“升級”，真的謝謝了。“升級”的房間，地毯上不僅有陳年污垢 還有很多小碎屑，客房打掃是不吸地的是嗎？衞生糟糕以外（請看熱水壺照片），整個房間還有一股濃濃的人體臭味，就是哪種冬天好久不洗頭的臭味 🤮 。真的有被嚇到，被嚇到晚上衹能和衣而睡，但其實也是半睡半醒，因為房間正對高架窗户又不隔音 非常非常吵！樓下有人路過咳嗽也可以聽得清清楚楚，更別説高架上的車子了… 哦對，對走廊那邊也是不隔音的… 鼻炎患者在房間待了一晚整個鼻子都過敏塞住了，房間真的非常臟！非常多陳年灰塵。早上起來趕快退房逃走了。

國慶期間帶娃來杭州感受亞運會氣氛，選擇了這家酒店。沒想到，商務雙床房，官網上顯示的圖片，房間內都帶桌椅，實際入住根本沒有桌椅，房間內，娃寫字做作業的地方都沒有！！太氣人了！！和前台交涉，居然回覆，説本店商務雙床房，有部分就是沒有桌椅的呀！特別的理直氣壯！！！
最氣人的説，費用還不便宜，400多大洋的房間，面積還小，連個像樣的坐的地方都沒有！！
下次，絕對絕對，不會考慮這家！
買家秀和賣家秀，差別太大了！！

最差的一次住宿，高架橋邊炒就算了，凌晨開始整個房間嗡嗡嗡很響，衞生間玻璃框架一直抖動咔咔響，跟跟前台反應説是樓下剛好是隔壁飯店的廚房，他們早上要營業所以她也沒辦法，衹能提供兩個耳塞，既然知道樓下早上要營業會影響樓上客人休息還把房間給客人入住，這是什麼商家，應該讓酒店經理自己住一夜體驗一下客人的感受。
