The hotel is located in a tourist complex, and it is very convenient to enjoy the scenery. When I arrived, it was around eight o'clock in the evening. Brother Wang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. He had a good attitude. If you have any questions, he would answer them enthusiastically. His chat was humorous and informative. , a person who is very comfortable to get along with, and has received great praise!

Came here to see the special lacquerware exhibition at Liangzhu Museum. It is also the best choice to stay close to Tianmuli. The environment is low-key, quiet and luxurious. For meals, I recommend going to the Quzhou restaurant next door, which is very authentic. The hotel inherits Atour's consistent style. The beds and pillows are always praised. I redeemed my points for breakfast and had no problem eating full. Will stay again.

This hotel gave me full marks for my first impression of Hangzhou. The hotel is not very big, but its location, service and hygiene are all very good. The hotel is located in Xixi Wetland Park. About 500 meters away is the subway entrance. It is convenient to travel. There is also a free underground parking lot. When we checked in on the first day, a handsome guy at the front desk helped us with our luggage and arranged a satisfactory room. Fresh fruit was delivered to the room every day. The service was warm and thoughtful. I booked a loft room. The children have to climb up and down the stairs every day and interact with Xiaodu every day. The view from the terrace outside the window is also beautiful. Living here makes me feel good. There are not many types of hotel breakfast, but the taste is delicious and the fruits are very fresh. The front desk also prepared marshmallows for the children, not the kind that are particularly cheap. I can feel the hotel's intentions. I will choose to live here next time I come to Hangzhou!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

The check-in experience is quite good. The lobby manager, Manager Gu, saw us take the initiative to ask if we were here for tourism. He could tell us about the current travel restrictions in Hangzhou and the places to visit around. It is a very nice hotel. It is a few hundred meters away from Xixi Wetland High Zhuang Entrance, next time I come to stay at this hotel, there is a group dining for breakfast, and the restaurant can replenish food in time, the auntie at the noodle stall is very polite to help us cook, last time I stayed at another hotel nearby, the service attitude is not good , Give you a thumbs up!

The door is made into two layers, which provides good privacy, but there is still a little noise from the water flow equipment. When you wake up in the morning, you will be greeted by the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers. A disposable bath cover will be provided when using the bathtub. The tea set is of high quality. The tea leaves are white tea and Longjing. The white tea is good. I suspect the owner is from Fujian. The whole hotel is full of Wan Qian Tang (plus white tea). Breakfast was plentiful and very clear. As a detail, there is a small wooden jewelry box at the bedside for ladies to store jewelry, which is wonderful.
