Hotels near Xibie Baigong (See Bai Juyi off Sculptures) in Hangzhou

This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

Good: Friendly staffs Easy access to all popular places to shops and eat. Take 15-20 mins walking distance to West Lake. Take less an a min walking distance for coffee, and breakfast next to hotel. Very close by subway, and buses. Hotel has free self washing and drying machines. Bad: If you are a clean freak, this hotel is not for you. I had a crab leg bone left in a toilet room after the room cleaning service is done ( sure, definitely not from me since I have not eaten any crab) Not price performed since the room was small with no review at all. I saw a flea in a sink, but didn’t take photos since no further expectation from cleanliness.

Haihua Hotel Hangzhou has an excellent location. It's only a few hundred meters from the West Lake and also from Wulin night market street. The staff is very attentive and kind. We liked the breakfast, which had both western and Chinese food. The A/C in the bedroom wasn't too hot, but it was fine and the room furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Nice stay overall.

We have a pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel. Super friendly services and best facilities. We would like to also give special thanks to Ms Yao Xiao Lan 尧小兰 for taking very good care of our room tidiness and cleanliness.

Evetything is good, the room is big&clean. Though, it said no window but they actually have window but it is just no view, you look out and see sky wallpaper, fake tree & bird ( which I has no problem since it is already written that the room has no window. Also, you can check in pretty early, so convenient 😁

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

I stayed here for three nights and the whole stay here is just pleasant. The hotel is really strategically located, it is just next to the west lake and there is a night market just within 100 metres away. The hotel staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff replenishes all towels, toiletries and slippers daily and even gave extra bottles of water. Thumbs up to the hotel for making my short holiday super happy and easy.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The rooms are neat and clean. It's just that ”there is gold and jade on the outside, but ruins and lint on the inside.” The front desk knew that there was no air conditioning that night and did not tell me before I checked in. The room temperature was over 28 degrees all night, which made me unable to sleep all night. I argued with their front desk, and he said it was impossible to check out, and he only gave me a fan to solve the problem. The fan still cannot rotate. ”Let me call the sky not to respond and the earth not to hear it.” In the end, I had to endure it silently, which hurt my body and mind. What surprised me the most was that Trip.com was not notified that there was a problem with the hotel's air conditioning and was unable to convey it to me. It's really puzzling. 

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.
