帥哥服務很周到，有免費停車位，因為公寓在7樓，所以帥哥約好在停車場等我們，出門很方便，下面有銀泰和各種吃的東西，離地鐵站也很近，唯一一點就是別晚上開車到那裡，會很堵，我們就是晚上才到的😂
衞生：我覺得看個人吧，沒有明顯的灰塵，外面住都差不多，如果有潔癖的人最好住酒店帶一次性床套那些.
設施：都齊全，還是智能系統的.

非常滿意，在步行街裏面，離西湖很近，走幾分鐘就是碼頭。附近有地鐵、夜市、好吃街、商場等，特別方便。酒店是公寓式的，停車免費，老闆人特別好，隨叫隨到，酒店裡麪都是智能家居，設施齊全，乾淨整潔！重點是價格也不貴！酒店頂樓就是空中花園，西湖的夜景真的很美！

房間大，2張雙人大床，電視大，房間智能管家。房間也乾淨。去地鐵站2分鐘，去火車站20分鐘，去靈隱坐的專線終點站5分鐘。去音樂噴泉5分鐘。出門就可以各種逛。確實不錯。

此處地點極方便，食行都在walking distance. 轉角就有
新白鹿。房向西湖，坐在窗邊，老人家也可赏日夜之景。

位置好，服務好，房間好，乾淨衞生又寬敞。智能管家很好用，可以直接説話讓它關窗簾開燈什麼的很方便，還能放音樂。唯一不好的地方就是隔音，早上有點吵。

房間很大，燈光窗簾是智能語音控制的，在西湖馬路對面，樓下就是步行街，都很方便。停車免費，要提前聯繫好停車入口，不然要兜一圈

優點：1、近西湖 2、兩張1.8大床
缺點：1、有異味 2、中央空調噪音大 3、隔音差 公寓走廊有人通過聲音明顯 4、設施簡陋（1淋浴間地面滑，牆面居然硅藻泥 2沐浴用品從來沒有見過的品牌 3洗漱盆很低端衹有牙刷 其他啥都沒有 4浴巾也少 5洗衣機還行，但洗衣液是大家日常不常用過品牌的兩小袋6一桌兩椅簡易座椅 7其他民宿具備的減易廚房、沙發等都不具備）5、床頭燈控居然不能控制衞生間的燈光 6、一點兒不温馨7、窗外是對面酒店的屋頂花園有很多設備，開窗口聲音感較響8、樓層公寓不是以居住為主，大部分為劇本殺、美甲等小工作室，人員相比我之前住過的公寓人員較複雜
