This hotel is in the Xixi Wetland Park, and you can drive directly to the hotel. They have their own parking lot, which is quite large, with many locations and convenient travel. An unexpected stay experience, highlight 1: The environment is very good, the hotel is very quiet and sleepy at night, the air is fresh in the morning, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, and I also captured a little squirrel eating fruit when I went out for a walk. Highlight 2: The location is excellent, and the Xixi Wetland cruise is very convenient. Turn left and walk for two minutes to the Zhoujia Village Tourist Service Center. After coming out, I found that the hotel is very close to the Xixi Wetland on Metro Line 3. It is estimated that it can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Highlight 3: The hotel's service staff is kind and polite, the room windows are large, the lighting is good, and the hygiene is also very good, making guests feel at home. Highlight 4: The breakfast is a set meal with a reasonable combination. Children also like it here. I believe it will be more beautiful when spring comes. I strongly recommend it to friends.

The check-in experience is quite good. The lobby manager, Manager Gu, saw us take the initiative to ask if we were here for tourism. He could tell us about the current travel restrictions in Hangzhou and the places to visit around. It is a very nice hotel. It is a few hundred meters away from Xixi Wetland High Zhuang Entrance, next time I come to stay at this hotel, there is a group dining for breakfast, and the restaurant can replenish food in time, the auntie at the noodle stall is very polite to help us cook, last time I stayed at another hotel nearby, the service attitude is not good , Give you a thumbs up!

A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

Hangzhou, near the subway station, loft, only 210+ per night. There are twin beds on the upper floor (a mattress on the window sill can also be used as a bed), one at the top and one at the bottom with heating and air conditioning. The only drawback is that the electric bathing water heater has a small capacity and consumes hot water too quickly, so the bathing time has to be shortened.

Pictures will not do justice for this place! I loved the quietness, the aesthetics, and the hotel a**osphere. The surroundings are quiet and it was a great staycation for me and my husband. Check in was easy, they served western breakfast and there’s nothing to really complain about. However, there was one instance where I had to ask the ayi to come and help me change the sheets even after I left the room for 2 hours, they took their sweet time to do so. But overall, it is a nice calming spot.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the small balcony sofa enjoying the fresh spring air. We took full advantage of the executive lounge which was a little small compared to other hotels I've stayed in, it was also a little noisy with some guests watching videos on their phones without earphones. The lounge itself was nice enough with the option of sitting outside on the small balcony. We also spent a long time at the pool which was rather cold, but indoor pools in China never seem to be heated adequately. The spa facilities were nice with a warm plunge pool and sauna. Overall a really pleased stay nestled on the edge of Xixi wetlands. The ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely. A really nice and relaxing stay.

The room is big enough, the first floor is equivalent to a detached house, and it feels good. The area of the house is about 40 square meters, which is big enough. The interior decoration is simple, but the wall is too simple. Would it be better to repaint the wall? I feel that the sense of grade can be improved a lot. The bathtub is very big, I like it, and the children like it very much. However, the flap of the toilet is not too damped, and you will be shocked after using the flap of the toilet. The service attitude of the customer service staff is still good. After all, it is a mature hotel. It is impossible to have to fight the service attitude with the 5-star lobby manager. Breakfast for one person the next day, the amount is not much but there are still many varieties, you can eat enough, and the taste is also OK. I like the taste of the black tea in the set menu. If I don’t rush to return, I don’t have to sit for two hours before leaving. I like the feeling of slow life. Will come again, next time it will be when the reeds are in full bloom.
