The room layout is very good, clean and sanitary, and 24-hour hot water is very convenient. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and helped to find a parking space. I would like to thank them. The hotel has a good location advantage. Going south along Baochu Road, you will reach the West Lake. It is necessary to specially introduce Baochu Pagoda to the west of Baochu Road. You can overlook the West Lake from Baoshishan Mountain, and the Broken Bridge is at the foot of the mountain. You can also see Baochu Pagoda in the West Lake Scenic Area. I will stay here again in the future. Good reviews👍

It's really good. I went out with my girlfriends. The environment is good and quiet. I slept very well at night. It's very close to the subway station, which is very convenient for going out. I recommend it. We booked 2 days at first, but the experience was so good that we didn't change places and stayed for 4 nights in total. I think it's safe for two girls. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is clean and super near to 清河坊 and famous noodle 吴山面馆, near to mrt but still walking distance like 7-9mins. Near to 柳浪闻莺 also need 15-20mins walking distance. Bed is comfy, pillow can be better but overall still a very good hotel to stay.

The newly opened hotel has a super clean environment. There is a shopping mall across the street and a supper shop downstairs where you can eat ground-pot chicken. The room is very tidy and the service staff is very nice. The breakfast is also delicious. The room is exactly the same as the picture shown.

This time I stayed at the hotel and the experience was great! From the warm reception at the front desk, to the bellman to help with luggage, to the room service, every link is impeccable. I was a little cold at night, called the customer service, and sent ginger soup in less than 5 minutes. This intimate is moving. Stay here next time! Having stayed in so many hotels, this service can definitely be at the forefront. When I checked in, the staff noticed that it was my birthday, not only sending blessings, but also preparing small cakes. The chef made special fried eggs according to my taste. The hotel really does what the guests think, and I don't hesitate to choose it next time I travel!
