The location and staff is good, but one thing I don't like is the processing of check in.My daughter is under 18 , they refused, but after that, they agreed when I get angry.I do not see this policy when I booked.And then, they asked me the Chinese number in order to contact me.Do travelers have to have Chinese number? They can contact by email.I lost 30mins to check in.I think the hotel should improve this.

Few mins walk from metro. ...3 mins walk just closed to Hefang walking street ..able to walk to Xihu ..and also can go straight to XiaoShan airport on Line7 ...nearby got lots of local restaurant .Bakrty .Moreover , next to Flower & Bird market ...Room also great in design ..clean..just a lobby is narrow

It is only a few minutes' walk from Ding'an Road Subway Station on Line 1. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk along Kaiyuan Road to the West Lake. It is very convenient to travel. Although the hotel is close to the road, it is not noisy at all. It is very quiet when resting. The hotel room is also clean. I booked a superior king-size bed room, which is just enough for two people. After all, it is a prosperous Hangzhou and in a core location. If it is a family trip, it is recommended to book a family room or a superior twin room. The room will be larger. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk have very good service attitudes and are very enthusiastic. On the day of the return trip to the West Lake, the hotel stored the luggage for free. The beautiful women at the front desk have a superb service attitude. When I left, the handsome man at the front desk also gave me a mosquito repellent bracelet. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.
