前台給開的房間位置很偏僻，我們訂的兩間房，分別在電梯口兩個方向的角落裡，是縮進去的房間，這還是商務大床房。開的第一間房間，剛開好上樓就打不開門，樓層沒有值班人員。房間內電視不能看，電話不能用，衞生間有牙刷無牙膏，向前台反應後直接給送上來四個牙刷牙膏的套裝、好像我們是為了故意貪小便宜一樣。總體體驗感非常差！

小哥給免費升級了房間，本來要十點才能入住，也沒啥人，九點多就讓我住進去了，開心，坐一宿火車，終於能休息了，房間乾淨，該有的設施都有，外面晚上八點多就不施工了，也不吵，衞生間有直飲水，刷牙挺好，哈哈

酒店交通很方便，離靈隱寺，武林夜市都不遠，叫車也很方便，辦理入住看我們帶了孩子免費升級了家庭房，非常意外，這個價格還包含自助早餐，已經很划算了，酒店工作人員服務態度也非常好，及時迴應。一樓還有小賣部，吃夜宵也方便。如家牌子的確很棒。
