The hotel is located in a quiet place, opposite Songcheng City, with convenient transportation. You can go up to the mountain behind the hotel. I heard that there is a tea garden in the back mountain, and you can pick it in spring soon. I will try it again in April. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

Although this hotel is quite far from the downtown area with not much to see in the surrounding areas, it’s conveniently right next to a subway station. My room was very clean and cozy. The service was good with easy check in and check out procedures.

A newly opened hotel. The service is super good. I couldn’t find an elevator to the hotel in the parking lot. I called the front desk and the handsome guy came down to pick me up. I was impressed. The room has a great river view. The buffet breakfast is Chinese style. It’s very nice. Rich, the laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. We also upgraded the room type and gave fruits. Sure enough, Kaiyuan's products must be high-quality. It is next to the shopping mall and convenient for eating. Loved everything about this place. We came for a two night staycation and it was a fabulous get away from the city. The grounds are fantastic - there are peacocks, black swans, huge koi, a natural lake, two swimming pools (one outside particularly impressive), kids playground, indoor children’s room for little children, well equipped gym. The room was really spacious with large swivel tv, Marshall Blu tooth speaker, nespresso machine and Artelier Cologne shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/conditioner and soap. The breakfast room has lovely comfy sofas as well as tables. Breakfast was good and we spent a long time in the mornings just enjoying a long leisurely breakfast looking out at the garden. The attention to detail was superb, little extra goodies and just a general feeling that it was a cared—about place. Service was great, friendly and helpful but equally un-intrusive. This was such a nice experience as I’ve previously booked weekends away in China at big brand hotels and been really disappointed so I was apprehensive. Rose Garden Resort did not disappoint, we felt it was like being in a European boutique style hotel. It was so refreshing. We were here when it was wet and cold and we still enjoyed it - relaxing with books and at the indoor pool. We popped out into Hangzhou for dinner using DiDi which was easy enough. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

Just around the corner from Yunqi Bamboo Path, the Wei-Jin wind tour was perfect; the hospitality was enthusiastic, and they shouted to go and see their own tea fields to pick tea; the car refrigerator that had just come down from the mountain also helped find a storage room to plug in the electricity ;The room is clean and tidy, and friends with sufficient budget can definitely try the balcony facing the tea field, smiling at the clouds and clouds, and the lonely and comfortable tree~
