The suite hotel is very spacious, the room is hygienic, there is a small kitchen, can make simple food. Good location, ten minutes walk from shopping center Jackson Square, shopping center has a large Chinese supermarket, very friendly to people who don't like Western food. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around, very convenient.

Amazing place to stay...always! Staff is friendly and helpful. All areas, especially rooms, are immaculate and very well-maintained. Excellent rates and location. Rooms are incredibly spacious. Only place we stay in Hamilton-about once a month for the last few years. Easy to get early check-in and welcomed upon our arrival. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Hot breakfast included-good variety of food and drinks. Most definitely best place in town!! Highly recommend this hotel! Carmela P.

I liked this place when I stayed few years ago, and it is still excellent. It's not too far off the highway. The room was in perfect condition, staff was friendly and it was a comfortable place to stay. It does not have free breakfast, but there is a Denny's next door. The upscale sports bar that is part of the hotel is excellent with great service. And if you need anything, there is a Walmart across the parking lot. I would gladly stray here again.

We were staying at the hotel for 1 night while visiting our sons in Hamilton. Check in was an unfriendly, bordering on rude experience. It definitely seemed as I was interrupting the desk clerk from scrolling on her phone. My husband and I were in separate cars & I arrived about 10 minutes before him. He had booked the room with a government of Canada rate, & because he (& his ID ) weren’t there yet, my daughters & I couldn’t check in. She was quite abrupt, just turned away, jumped on the counter & went back to scrolling on her phone. When my husband arrived, the other desk clerk was free, so we approached her. Again, she demanded his government ID to prove he was an employee. Now, I don’t know if this woman has been living under a rock for the last 3 years, but as he works from home, he does not have an ID badge. The government does not issue business cards either. He showed her emails, clearly addressed to his government work email address (only way you would have a .gc.ca email is if you’re a government employee, but that really seemed to stump her. She said “I don’t know all the government departments”. No one was asking her to! Anyway, in the end she “made an exception” & also “an exception” to allow the rate for both of our booked rooms, as she said only 1 room is allowed at the government rate…someone needs to tell that to the Marriot booking agent who booked the 2 rooms! I also know that a maximum 2 rooms are allowed. Not once through this exchange were either of us rude or demanding, but the clerk was miserable for no apparent reason. The hotel was good enough for the 1 night, though the location was not great. I’m sure there are better, more welcoming hotels in the area that I will be staying at the next time I’m in the area.

This hotel offers things at a great price that outperform the other guys. Things I liked: IN MY ROOM - the spa tub, it was a dream - I got brunch and it was good. I wish they used brand name condiments though. - there was a mini fridge, coffee station and microwave - rainfall shower - king size bed - temperature control worked - robes were comfy - good wifi ON PROPERTY - good location, walking distance from lots - staff greeted me upon arrival - there were laundry facilities I believe - did not use the pool but looked like it was fairly empty most of the time Things I didn’t like or think you should be aware of: IN MY ROOM: - its by a highway so there’s road noise, if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend (I slept fine but I grew in a house full of noise) - the rainfall shower took me a long time to figure out. - THEY DO NOT HAVE USB PORTS IN THE ROOM (a lot of hotels seems to have at least one usb port built into a lamp or lock or plug to charge your devices) I had to borrow a block from the front desk. Normally I don’t pack my block due to how commonly they are found in hotel rooms - the tvs are smart but they are not all named, so most tvs in the hotel will show up. if you want to stream from your device to the tv. You can use the apps and just login on through the tv. - a bar sink in the kitchenette would be nice.
