Best Western Premier C Hotel by Carmens

A fabulous hotel. So much fun!! All the rooms are named after something Italian; I stayed in the Pavarotti room with a hot tub. Bliss!!

This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(.

Parking was easy, food was good and reasonably priced, the staff were amazing, the rooms are lovely.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We had an unexpected emergency during the night and didn’t return to the hotel until 5:00 AM. The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and understanding, and graciously allowed us a late checkout until 1:00 PM at no extra charge so we could get some much-needed rest. That level of care and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

Our room was so lovely! King suite. The jacuzzi was faaabulous! Everyone was so lovely and friendly! Felt like a higher end hotel. Had the breakfast and that was also delish. Great value! The only sad thing was there’s no hottub, but if you have the jacuzzi you don’t need it !

Amazing hotel with the best staff. We love to stay here when we are in the area. Beautifully appointed rooms, comfy beds and great for families. The price cannot be beat either!

Staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The room was clean, smelled nice and was stocked with things guests need. The beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely recommend!

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating, and this very attractive hotel is also very quirky. We stayed in a boutique themed room, dedicated to Sylvester Stallone, and the Rocky movies. That’s not as crazy as it sounds, and everything about the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. .

Great hotel with very pleasant staff. The swimming pool is a little smaller than we thought from the pictures though. It's a great place to stay and we will again!
