The hotel service is very good, but the front desk is a little confused, insisting that we don't have breakfast. You have to figure it out when you check in, otherwise you will be charged more.
Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor.
The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there.
Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great.
I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
We arrived later in the evening and the staff was friendly . The check in process was easy. The room is very clean but the location is a bit far from the airport. I thought that the hotel is only 10 mins drive away from the airport but it took as longer. Other than that, I will surely stay at this hotel again the next time I'll visit Hamilton.

Another trusty stay at the local Hilton. This time I was here to use my coins and have a convenient place from which to launch two separate expeditions: first, to the Lit Live Reading Series at the Art Gallery of Hamilton; and, second, to my favourite local bar on James Street North. While I enjoyed some of the literary stylings at the first event, things were ultimately disrupted by an untoward event (the second of the past three months, if memory serves). Things took a similarly negative turn at the second establishment of the evening, although I suppose that was further inside the realm of the expected. At any rate, I survived, and the Hilton was there form me at the end of a hard day once again. There was also a heaping complimentary breakfast in the morning, which helped me transition back into a daily routine of (somewhat) respectable adult living. All of this was very much appreciated! (Although, in spite of the suite-lack amenities and fantastic showering experience[s], there was still [predictably!] no robe with which to complete my relapse into comparative luxury.)
The suite hotel is very spacious, the room is hygienic, there is a small kitchen, can make simple food. Good location, ten minutes walk from shopping center Jackson Square, shopping center has a large Chinese supermarket, very friendly to people who don't like Western food. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around, very convenient.
The room can be, the inexplicable extra charge, it should be wrong, the customer service communication has not responded for 4 days, simple things, why is it so complicated?

AAzhuSHI went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman 😅 glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.
GGuest UserStayed here with my sister and 2yr old .Place was clean newly renovated ,All amenities .rented the queen studio and had all kitchen utensils we needed to cook for baby .Staff we professional and friendly very grateful for accommodating our early check in .Will book again when visiting area.
SSteveA short walk from Hamilton GO, apx 10 mins. Nice old antique house, fair sized room unlike some guest houses that have tiny little rooms, they don't try to cram as many people in as possible to make a ton of money. Friendly staff. Common space lounge and kitchen, shared bathrooms. Felt comfortable there and kept clean. Definitely not a flop house. Will go there again next time I stay in Hamilton. We had the front room so some noise from late night guests checking in but acceptable.
GGuest UserGreat place. Very clean and new. One bad thing is they don’t have complimentary parking which is not very good. So we parked at a nearby public lot which is much cheaper than the hotel’s.
AAnnon FoxStay for one night on the ground floor (2 levels). The room was big , spacious l, and spacious with a couch (pull out bed) the washroom was also quite large. There is complimentary breakfast and parking (ground floor has a screen door that leads directly to lot easy to load and unload car). The place was nicely renovated, but the floors had some dust on the edges. Overall a good place to stay.
BBritqGot stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!
