Unlike other reviews, it's not good enough—Super single size bed, not clean sheet, not fluent English speaking and less trained staff.

I must come in that this is a lovely very clean and very welcoming hotel and you won’t go far wrong booking in here especially if you deal with the reception manager Ayub who is fantastic and speaks perfect English and you’d be hard pushed to find about a hotel manager.

Easy booking online, even with a dog (something a lot of other hotels don't let you add yourself.) After having spent the previous night in a horrible motelroom, the cleanliness was bliss. Big room, friendly reception, good parking. Quite far from the city centre (my own fault for not checking location).

this no frill hotel is really tops. Great location, very nice rooms, small but compact bathroom. My only complaint is that the room doors are very loud upon closing which becomes annoying when lots of people near you arrive during the night. I chose not to get breakfast since I eat little and the cost would have not warranted it.

Charged me twice and refund not received. Noisy room with noisy aircon, even when switched off. This is not a B&B, breakfast is not included. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in whilst in Germany. Now for the fight for my money back ( be careful folks!)

In the "good and cheap" sector, the hotel is perfectly fine. The rooms are small and a bit noisy, but clean and functional. The breakfast is inexpensive but simple. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep in Hamburg and don't want to miss out on a basic level of comfort, this is the place for you!

Hotel 200 meters from the metro station. Gas station next door for any quick purchases. Airy and clean room. Despite being close to a main road, very quiet. Pleasant. Poor Wifi. Quick check in/out.

Just about OK for 1-2 nights. Everything around the hotel is very loud (6-lane road) and opening the window is not an option. Snack machine broken and breakfast (10 euros extra) is also very limited. It's worth going to the gas station next door. In this price range (still cheap for Hamburg) you can definitely get something better if you do your research.

Good business hotel with free parking. Hotel is clean and WiFi is good. Would stay here again. HDMI on the TV is available. Breakfast has improved in the B&B Hotel. If you don't have high expectations, it's good.

Good welcome, we spoke in English, it was perfect. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious. The bedding is good, we slept very well, the air conditioning worked very well. Parking is free. The hotel is located 200 m from a metro station. The metro is direct to visit the city center. restaurants nearby. After returning from our vacation, we returned to this hotel and same welcome, beautiful clean room. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good value for money

POSITIVE ASPECTS: presence of parking, proximity to the petrol station and minimarket, proximity to the metro station to reach the center of Hamburg.
